This article is written by Clinton James, a Contributor Author at Startup Turkey.

Once you come across a startup, it’s not about the best technology, the smartest mind in the room, or the best speaker. Elmira Bayrasli speaks while in an event organized by Startup Turkey that what distinguishes Silicon Valley is that everyone asks, WHY and how they can add value.

Elmira wrote a book called “On the Other Side of the World.” This is a study for extraordinary entrepreneurs from amazing places adds that some places covered are Turkey, precedence, Nigeria, Pakistan, Mexico, India and China among the other two dozen countries.

These readings prompt the entrepreneurs who are struggling with problems such as corruption, management mistakes, lack of skilled talent, and other challenges. One of the rewards she constantly received from all the countries surveyed was about ‘CONFIDENTIALITY’. This suited as a goal to her and gave her a desire to understand what this was all about. To ask ‘why’, is to achieve a goal, and that ‘goal’ is not an excuse to make money. She extended by mentioning instances of people who did not have a normal mindset and showed a genius personality in reference to Steve Jobs.

Heroically, Shaffi Mather, a man of affairs in management consultancy and worked for top management companies, through training in the US and UK, heard that India was an Asian tiger, and marveled its truth, till it occurred one day when his mother asphyxiated, and did not fully interpret Hemlock’s maneuver. He gathered up the telephone to ring for an ambulance, but nobody engaged it and then he resolved to take his own go-ahead.

Adjoining with the whole government officials in New Delhi did not assist much with the engrossed intentions he had. Shaffi projected to take action and start a full ambulance business services in contract with his allied friends who were in the financial sector with nothing about the health sphere. Consequently, he spent time with an ambulance, which was geared-up with equipment among other objects. Behind these three years since his mother’s incident, his requisites to have a telephone number to request emergency assistance spent another three months to find the phone number and further had to spend at meetings with the communications department at the headquarters of New Delhi where government officials asked for bribes from him, to get a number he wished. Not to his surprise at all by this action, but was stormed that they had not considered the futuristic impingement.

Having reckoned that the trouble was not that Indians could not endure a high performance ambulance, simply since Indians could not complete the process of enforcing the idea without anyone in the authorities asking for ‘Chaipani’, he declined to give a bribe, and consented to the generated number which was not memorable or insistent. Shaffi resolved to come out, not to talk about the ambulance avail, but regarding the government’s corruption system. The outcome now carries the given number, bears growth and serves altogether India, franchises in Dubai plus Singapore.
